Section 70(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then make into separate packets -(a)the marked copy of the list of voters;(b)the unused ballot papers;(c)the cancelled ballot papers;(d)the cover containing the tendered ballot papers and the list of tendered ballot papers;(e)the list of challenged votes; and(f)any other papers directed by the Returning officer to be kept in sealed packet.
