Section 19 in The Orissa Development Authorities Act, 1982
19. Use of lands and buildings in contravention of development plan.
- After the coming into operation of any of the development plans in any area no person shall use or permit to be used any land or building in that area otherwise than in conformity with such development plan :Provided that it shall be lawful to continue the use upon such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by regulations made in this behalf of any land or building for the purpose and to the extent for and to which it is being used upon the date on which such development plan comes into force.
