440. First Information Reports and case diaries for District Magistrate.
- The First Information Reports of all cases mentioned in Appendix XV and of all cases exclusively triable in the Courts of Sessions (and, if he wishes it, of all other cases too), shall be shown to the District Magistrate, and case diaries, or such portions of them as are of interest or importance, shall also be sent to him.
