(5)A copy of every report Of an inspector with the remarks of the veterinary college, hospital or institution inspected or of the University, Board, or other veterinary institution which conducted the examination, as the case may be, and the observations of the Executive Committee, thereon. shaH, after approval Of the Veterinary Council of India, be forwarded to the Central Government.
