Section 1(3) in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951
(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [The Act came into force with effect from the 1st January, 1955, vide Notification No. 7631-End./22-12-1955-published vide Orissa Gazette, Part-III/31 -12-1955] as the State Government may, by notification, direct.
