Section 18(2) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(2)Every objection to the inclusion of a name in the electoral roll shall be-(a)in Form Qi.(b)preferred only by a person whose name already included in the electoral roll, and(c)countersigned by another person whose name is already included in the electoral roll to which it relates.
