34. Indivisibility of renunciation.
(1)The heir who has accepted the inheritance of the estate leaver may renounce the inheritance which the estate leaver had not accepted at the time of his death.(2)Renunciation of the inheritance of the estate leaver shall mean renunciation of all inheritances which would have otherwise devolved on the estate leaver.
