% 27.09.2022 The Court notes that the alleged non compliance of the original order was duly admitted on behalf of the opposite party when the matter was called last. Despite the above, the Court had granted an opportunity to the opposite party to effect compliance on the assurance tendered on his behalf on 20 September 2022, that the demand drafts totaling the amounts which are outstanding and admittedly payable would be duly produced before this Court.
Despite the said unequivocal assurance that was extended, today when the matter is taken up, the Court is informed that due to financial constraints, the amount could not be arranged for and the demand drafts prepared.
Consequently, let the opposite party show cause why charges for contempt be not framed against him.
List again on 07.10.2022.
