Section 25 in THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR ALLIED AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS ACT, 2021
25. Cessation of membership and filling up of casual vacancy of Member.—
(1)A Member under clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 22, shall cease to be a Member of the State Council on his cessation to the service by virtue of which he was appointed as a Member of the State Council.(2)The Chairperson or any other Member appointed under any casual vacancy in the State Council under sub-section (3) of section 22, shall hold office only for the remainder of the term of the member in whose place he has been appointed.
