Section 7(1) in The Punjab Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1952
(1)An appeal shall lie from -(a)any award or order made by the Collector, to the Commissioner; and(b)any order of the Commissioner, to the Financial Commissioner:Provided that when an original award or order is confirmed on first appeal, a further appeal shall not lie.
