1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of India and the Republic of Korea) Rules, 2009.(2)They shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2010.
