Section 2(j) in Bihar Gram Sabha (Co-ordination of meeting and Procedure for conduct) Rules, 2012
(j)"Gram Sabha" means a body constituted consisting of persons registered therein the electoral roll pertaining to any village falling within the territorial area of a Panchayat at village level;
