Section 5 in Jharkhand Freedom of Religion Rules, 2017
5. Power of District Magistrate to inspect the record of the religious institutions and organizations.
- The District Magistrate shall have power to inspect the premises and record of the religious institutions and organizations at any time when ever required or the thinks fit for such inspection.
