Section 24B(4) in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
(4)On the boundaries of a drive-in-cinema either there shall be constructed a compound wall with a height of not less than 2 metres above the level of the ground or the whole compound shall be surrounded by a barbed wire fence and hedge of bushes. The construction of a wall may not be necessary for boundaries abuting on the sea or creek or other body of water.
