Section 6(1) in The Haryana Minerals (Vesting of Rights) Rules, 1979
(1)On receipt of the information mentioned in rules 4 and 5 the Collector shall cause public notice to be given at convenient places on or near the mineral bearing land concerned and shall also have a copy thereof affixed at the Panchayat Ghar.
