Section 36(1) in Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority Act, 2006
(1)in section 2, after clause (xii) the following shall be inserted, namely:-"(xii-a) "heritage area" means the heritage area as defined in clause (i) of section 2 of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority Act, 2006" (Gujarat 28 of 2006);
