Section 20(1) in Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013
(1)The Scrutiny Committee shall forward the Certificate and copies of all relevant documents in cases referred to it by Verification Committee or by the State Government or any other authority in FORM-6A to the Vigilance Cell constituted under Deputy Superintendent of Police;
