Section 14(4) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1982
(4)Every market functionary shall, on requisition in writing made to him by the Secretary, immediately produce for examination every scale, weight or measure used, kept or possessed by him or any other person or persons under his authority or control and shall allow the person authorised by the Secretary in this behalf to inspect, examine and compare the same.
