Section 4(iii) in The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh (Constitution and Conduct of Business) Rules, 1963
(iii)The Secretary shall place all the nomination papers before the Returning Officer on the date and at the time and place fixed by the Bar Council for final scrutiny.
