Section 23 in The Central Silk Board Silkworm Seed Regulations, 2010
23. Qualification of Seed Officer.
- A person to be appointed as Seed Officer shall posses a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science from a recognized university and a Post Graduate Diploma in sericulture or five years of experience in the field of sericulture or silk Worm seed production.
