27. Appointment in senior and selection grade.
- The Court shall consider grant of two Assured Career Progression Scales (ACP) to Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Civil Judge (Senior Division) as and when he becomes eligible for such scale on the recommendation of Hon'ble Chief Justice or Hon'ble Judge nominated by Hon'ble Chief Justice.First ACP scale shall be given to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) after five years of continuous service from the date of entry in the Service.Second ACP scale shall be given to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) after completion of another five years of continuous service.First ACP scale shall be given to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) after completion of another five years of continuous service.Second ACP scale shall be given to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) after completion of another five years of continuous service.
