Section 33(2) in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972
(2)after sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:-"(1A)(a) There shall be an inspection committee consisting of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, if any, as the chairman and such other members as may be appointed by the Executive Council in accordance with the Statutes.(b)On a direction by the Executive Council in that/behalf, it shall be the duty of the inspection committee to inspect an affiliated college, or as the case may be, a recognised or approved institution and make a report to the Executive Council.";
