Section 18(3)(c) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2006

(c)all funds and other property vesting in the Board shall, during the period of supersession, vest in the Government and on the re-constitution of the Board, such funds and property shall revest in the Board.
