Section 45(1) in Conduct of the Government Litigation, Rules, 2000
(1)If the administrative department concerned considers that the progress made in the recovery of moneys due to Government is unsatisfactory, he shall bring the matter to the notice of the Legal Remembrancer, Law Department.
