Section 86(3) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(3)After any such nazul land has been developed by or under the control and supervision of the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] it shall be dealt with by the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] in accordance with the direction given by the State Government in that behalf.
