(3)The State Government shall appoint for every Zila Panchayat a Chief Executive Officer and may also appoint one or more Additional Chief Executive Officers, Deputy Chief Executive Officers and Executive Officers who shall dkcharge such functions and perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the Chief Executive Officer.
