Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 18.09.2019

1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.09.2019 passed in WPS No.7212 of 2019.

2. The modification sought is to the extent that the subject mentioned in the cause title of the writ petition has been wrongly mentioned as Zoology whereas, the petitioner infact is a Guest Lecturer in Commerce Subject and prays that the order be modified to that extent.

3. The State counsel, to the aforesaid request, does not oppose the modification sought for subject to verification of subject by the concerned authority.

4. Given the aforesaid facts, this court is of the opinion that a strong case is made out for allowing the MCC. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. The order dated 11.09.2019 passed in WPS No.7212 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order the subject of the petitioner shall be read as "Guest Faculty (Commerce)" instead of "Guest Faculty (Zoology)".

5. Let a copy of this order be made part of WPS No.7212 of 2019.
