8. Final statement and its publication.
- The final statement under section 13 of the Act shall be prepared in Form 5 and shall be served on the person concerned and shall also be published for information of the general public by affixing a copy of it on the notice board of the office of Authorised Officer and of the Tehsildar within whose jurisdiction the land or its major portion is situate.
