Section 40(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(1)After the commencement of this Act, no college or other educational Institution in the University area giving instructions at the degree or diploma level in the field of agriculture shall be associated in any way with, or seek admission to any privileges of any University, other than the University established under this Act for that area.
