INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1860 OF 2022 IN LETTERS PATENT APPEAL NO. 337 OF 2011:
1. This is filed by Shaligram G Mishra, the President of OFEA i.e. Oil Field Employees Association. By an order of 10th August 2021, Mr Mishra was asked to clarify whether he had authorisation from workers to represent them. He has filed the necessary authority. We allow his application but for intervention but not impleadment. This is only to save time since we propose to take up this LPA, pending since 2011, at the earliest possible date, i.e. 16th June 2022 at 2.30 pm, for final disposal.
