Section 3(1) in Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 2007
(1)Every miller shall sell raw rice to the purchase officer at levy price at least 50 percent of the total quantity of raw rice prepared or produced by him except rice prepared or produced for custom milling according to the procedure given in the clause 6;
