Mr. Manohar Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The court below by the impugned order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Title Suit No. 144 of 1997 only has allowed the Intervention Application filed by the interveners/respondents under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the ground that they are purchaser from the defendant during the pendency of the suit.

The order passed by the court below is supported by the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court A.I.R. 2005, Supreme Court 2209. Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
