Section 53(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(1)In order to be eligible to receive Grant-in-aid, the school shall employ adequate number of qualified teaching and other staff as approved by the Director under the norms of post fixation or as has been specified by him from time to time.
