4. Present appeals have been filed challenging the order dated 26th April, 2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CS (COMM) No.108/2023, whereby the application filed by the appellants under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure ('CPC') has been dismissed.
