Section 90(2) in The M.P. Registration Rules, 1939
(2)When a document is registered under this rule, a certificate of registration under Section 60 of the Act shall be endorsed on the original document and the spare copy in the following form :-"Registered in [Additional Book 1/3/4] [Substituted by Notification No. 5038-III-82, dated 18-11-1982.] volume on page(s)..........as serial No on the day of 19....................."
