        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings as per Ext.P-4 and P-5 tender
   notices, pending disposal of the Writ Petition, in the interest of
   justice.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.S.JIJI, M.M.BABY & PRATHEESH PRABHA Advocates for the petitioner and
   of SRI.LATHA ANAND, STANDING COUNSEL for the respondents 1 & 2, the court
   passed the following:

                                        ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He seeks time to get instructions and file a statement. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition on Sri. B. Pramod.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that Ext.P3 order was issued in respect of those shoprooms on a revenue-sharing basis. However, the petitioner's shoproom is on a rental basis. Moreover, Ext.P3 has already been withdrawn. He seeks time to file a statement.

3. On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, I make it clear that the award of tender pursuant to Exts. P4 and P5 would be subject to the result of the writ petition.
