Section 19A(1) in The Orissa Estates Abolition Act, 1951
(1)As soon as a claim is notified to the Claims officer under Sub-section 18, of section the Claims Officer shall intimate the details of the claim to the Compensation Officer appointed under Section 23 in respect of the estate [or estates] on which the claim is notified.
