5. Objective.
- The standards specified in these regulations are intended to ensure uniform application of design principles in layout, material and equipment selection, construction and like other activity, adoption of standard operating procedures, proper maintenance, inspections, competence assurance for safe operation of the LPG Storage, Handling and Bottling Facilities and shall primarily focus on safety aspects of the employees, public and facilities associated with LPG Storage, Handling and Bottling.
