Section 31 in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
31. Cancellation of Permit.
- Where any person commits any breach of the conditions specified in a permit, the Chief Wild Life Warden or the officer in charge of a Sanctuary or National Park may, after recording the reasons in writing, cancel any permit.
