Section 13(x) in The Punjab Apartment Ownership Rules, 1995
(x)through any member, or officer, or employee of the Association or the Board or any other person, specially authorised to institute, conduct, defend, compromise, refer to arbitration or abandon legal proceedings by or against the Association or the Board or officer or employee concerning the affairs of Association;
