21. Advance for purchase of conveyance.
- A member shall be entitled to the grant of an advance for the purchase of a motor car in accordance with rules and orders applicable to the officers of the State Government from time to time:Provided that after receipt of the loan there is possibility if repayment of principal and interest is not less than twenty equated monthly instalments, before the conclusion of the term of appointment:Provided further that where repayment of principal and interest is not less than twenty equated instalments is not possible, Government may, by specific order, grant an advance which shall be repaid with principal and interest is less than twenty equated monthly instalments before the completion of the term of appointment.
