Medical Officer(NFSG), and Mr. Vivekanand Kumar, LDC, G.B.Pant Hospital, GNCTD, Delhi.
FACTS
2. Through his RTI application dated 2052013, the appellant has sought information regarding details about Dr.Popli, posted as Medical Superintendent at the respondent Hospital, date of joining and date of relieving etc. The PIO has given the reply by his letter dated 1262013. Not satisfied, the appellant made first appeal before the FAA. The FAA by his order dated 582013, directed the PIO to instruct the branch concerned to make efforts 1 afresh to trace the records and accordingly furnish the fresh reply to the appellant and if record is not found, the original application be forwarded to the Department of Health and Family Welfare, GNCTD, as information sought may be available with them, within a period of 15 days from the receipt of his order. Claiming that the respondent authority has not furnished complete information, the appellant has filed 2nd appeal before the Commission. Decision:
3. Heard the submissions made by the respondent officers. The appellant is not present. The respondent officer submitted that the required information has already been furnished to the appellant and the FAA order has been complied with. Hence the appeal is disposed of.
