ORDER
% 26.11.2021 CRL.M.A. 18903/2021 (for exemption)
1. Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions.
2. Application is disposed of.
BAIL APPLN. 4190/20211. By this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail on the ground of medical condition of his wife as also to arrange funds in FIR No.531/2015 under Sections 3/4 of MCOC Act registered at PS-Najafgarh.
2. The petitioner was granted interim bail in FIR No. 531/2015 registered at P.S. Najafgarh vide order dated 18th August 2021 for a period of 15 days on the ground of illness of his wife.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner was also involved in another case under the jurisdiction of Haryana in connection with FIR No. 60/2014 at P.S. Civil Lines, Hisar, he was directed to be released on interim bail on 25th October 2021 for a period of two months by Punjab & Haryana High Court and in compliance thereof, he was released from the jail with effect from 28th October 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought extension of the interim bail vide order dated 18th August 2021 on the ground that the surgery of the wife was fixed for 20th November 2021 in R.N.Khetrapal Memorial Nursing Home. Today again, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the surgery has not been performed on 20th November 2021 and now the petitioner wants to get the surgery of his wife performed at PGI Rohtak and no date of surgery has been given however she is admitted there since 20th November 2021.
4. It is evident that on one pretext or the other, the extension of interim bail is sought despite the fact that the petitioner had clear 15 days for getting the surgery of his wife performed when he was on interim bail granted by the learned Trial Court in above-noted FIR as also FIR No. 60/2014 registered at P.S.Civil Lines, Hisar. Thus, this Court finds no ground to grant extension of interim bail to the petitioner.
5. Petition is dismissed.
6. Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
