If any railway servant, when on duty, endangers the safety of any person—(a)by disobeying any rule made under this Act; or(b)by disobeying any instruction, direction or order under this Act or the rules made thereunder; or(c)by any rash or negligent act or omission,he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
