Section 13(13) in Haryana Distribution and Retail Supply Licence
13.2It is a condition of this licence that the Licensee shall comply with the orders and directions of the Commission under the Act. When the Commission expressly states that an order subjects the Licensee to this compliance Condition 13.2, failure to comply with that order will render the licence liable to revocation in accordance with Section 18 of the Act (without prejudice to the Commission's right to revoke the licence on any other applicable grounds).
