Section 57(1)(e) in Uttar Pradesh Chit Funds Act, 1975

(e)refusing sanction for transfer under sub-section (1) of section 28 may, within thirty days of the communication to him of such order, appeal to the State Government or to such officer or authority as may be empowered by the State Government in that behalf.
