14.
The Scale of pay and initial pay admissible to District Adult Education Officers, Project Officers, Assistant Project Officers and Supervisors and other conditions relating to increase in pay on promotion in the parent cadre and retirement benefits shall be as laid down in Schedule II and shall be such as may be sanctioned by the Government with the concurrence of the Finance Department from time to time.
