Section 24(1) in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017
(1)An agent whose appeal under these regulations, not being an order of suspension under regulations 15 or 16, and not being an appeal against an order under regulation 17, has been rejected by the Zonal Manager may address a memorial to the Chairman of the Corporation in respect of that matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt by the agent of a copy of the order of the appellate authority and the Chairman shall, after making or causing to be made such inquiry as he deems necessary, pass such order thereon as the circumstances of the case justify.
