Section 38 in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
38. Effect of this Act on other laws.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab, the provisions of this Act shall have precedence and overriding effect in the matters covered under it.
