Section 4(iii) in Bihar Development of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine Act, 1951
(iii)For the purpose of election to the Council under clauses (j) and (k) of Section 3 the State shall be divided by the President into suitable constituencies for Hakims and Vaidyas in accordance with the numbers of Hakims and Vaidyas to be elected under the above clauses.
